      Pros

      The health benefits are excellent... That's about it. I am just using other words to get to my 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      You are surrounded by co workers that are beaten down and have terrible morale because the leadership at every level is very poor. They hold supplies hostage. The patient care doesn't matter at all to anyone above the center level. I can't wait to find another job and get out of here! I wish I had never even considered this job! Jim Vainio and Dan Vasijl are used car salespeople... If they are being nice, they want something from you. Do not trust them!

      Pros

      Worked as both a sales rep and manager and only good thing I can say is the experience. It will toughen you up for a better career.

      Cons

      Never hated a job until I worked here. Upper management has completely unrealistic expectations, do not train any managers, and send hateful, demeaning emails. I would rather pick up trash than work for this company. They could care less about you as a person or your family. When you meet one goal, there is no respect or commendation, only a barrage of emails demanding to know why you didn't excel in 5 other areas as well. Don't waste your time. Waste management is probably hiring.

      Flexible schedule and autonomy. Commission pay is great as long as numbers are pulling in

      Cons

      They need to have a company credit card. Lunches can be scheduled more frequently instead of of less often due to balancing the budget of reimbursements that come in
