One of the worst companies out there to work for. Seriously, unless you are desperate and need a quick job (believe me - there are a lot of openings constantly) DON'T EVEN APPLY. One of the most poorly managed companies out there. Compensation is poor - management is very poor - and there training is one of the worst. Wasted 3 years of my life for a company that does not care about their employees

Benefits are minimal, some offices give unlimited overtime, some mandatory it.

Cons

NOT A FAMILY ORIENTATED COMPANY AT ALL. Company does little to nothing to show there employees appreciation of any kind. Office will run you into the ground if you let them and still want more. Bonus are not worth the blood, sweat and tears (under $200 quarterly), hourly wages are little for the amount of work, penalized for using sick time. Micro-managing is outrageous. HR covers for the Management...allows them to make up all kinds of rules never listed in employee handbook. HR also allows Management to disrespect there employees by insults and some boarder line racial comments. Employees reports it and HR tells management who said it. Advancement is only available to people who choose the brown-nosing and boot licking route. For those of us who choose to work there way to the top it will never be recognized.

No matter how hard you work or how much business you are responsible for bringing into your center, your paycheck will reflect very little of your hard work. The support team for your success is almost non existent. If you are looking for consistency based on your high performance...keep looking.
