The insurance is really great.

Cons

Not disability friendly. I was told "your medical issues are too severe to support our business needs we can no longer accommodate your ADA. Management is strictly business driven, employee needs/opinions don't matter only what the business needs are. I am constantly told "I understand but you have a job to do and there are calls in the queue" when I am having medical/bathroom issues. Was being called out and tagged in teams chat in front of everyone if I was in the bathroom "too long". I could go on and on. This company is not disability friendly.

Building Relationships and helping patients and Families. Great learning surrounding DME and Respiratory Care.

Cons

Poor Management all the way up the chain. Inadequate and out dated policies that are not designed for All employees of this company.
