You can never take time off, you have to call into management about everything if you need a day off, if you need to leave early, when you clock in for your shift, asking for permission to go on your scheduled break. They always have system issues everyday you could be working with a patient and then the system would just crash and you had to manually write down all their information to go back and try to find them later in the system to finish whatever it was that they needed help with. They have two step verification to get into the system with Micosoft beware it will lock you out multiple times just for IT to tell you that its an on going issue and there is no work around you have to wait 3 hr- 24 hours before getting back in or trying again because if you make to many attempts it will completely lock you out for the full 24 hours and no one can do anything to fix it!

You’ll learn a lot if you are an office novice or new to the workforce. However if you’re a seasoned, knowledgeable employee you’ll be discouraged by the crisis management & disorganization at the Texarkana office. Tons of turnover & the smarter you are, the more they’ll put on your plate, to the point you’ll feel abused & not able to perform the initial job you were hired for.
