      Pros

      Visiting customers in their homes and helping them with medical equipment was very enjoyable.

      Cons

      Very little training which makes you have to learn everything the hard way. Pay is way below average for RTs . They made me go to other centers once a week because they can't fill positions. That's one whole day a week that you cannot tackle the enormous workload that you already have at your home center location and they are completely inconsiderate in their demands to get everything done. Lincare made $1.8 Billion per year.

      Not very many. This is a very poorly run company.

      Cons

      Cheap, poor management, terrible to their employees and customers. How they stay in business, I'll never know. This by far the worst company I've ever worked for. Absolute garbage.
