Nothing worthy of being considered a pro with this place

Cons

They expect you to make your job your life, lack of respect, no consideration of personal life, make condescending remarks and threats. If you want to use vacation pay you MUST give 2 week notice, can't use vacation pay for being sick if no sick time left without getting points/ reprimanded. When interviewing they say last 5 days are release days which turns into every day letting you know less then 30 min before you scheduled release time that toy can't go

Set hours, Monday through Friday, no weekends.

Cons

Unable to have cell phone at desk, not a good thing for parents with small children. Probation rule is not good. If you miss a day, you get written up.

Pros

Possible quarterly bonus. No weekends or holidays. Benefits don’t entirely fall flat.

Cons

Vacation time is unrealistic, you have to work 10 years to get 15 days off. 25 years to make it to 20 days off a year. Vacation time doesn’t roll over, it’s either use it or loose it. Upper management is clueless. Techs get treated like the are disposable.
