      Great training Legitimate sales job Good commission Good benefits

      Cons

      Management is very stressed so they don't stay They will leave you without management for a long period of time Hard to go through the process to get commission Terrible software, needs to be updated No laptop or devices

      I can't think of any

      This used to be an alright company to work for but it is getting worse and worse. Management does nothing but stand around and gossip all day. They are cutting pay every month. I just lost 50%of my income and I'm currently looking for another job. $10 with a $0.15 raise a year is not cutting it now that they've made in impossible to make commission.

      Basically, you aren't stuck in an office all day long, being out on the road on your own is nice

      Cons

      4 inservices per week expected from you, you paid for the in services and gas out of your own pocket and get reimbursed (unless they find some stupid reason not to pay you back, which happens OFTEN) Management does forced ride alongs-- very nerve racking Even top reps are making less than 60k a year.
