Area manager treated Sales Reps with respect. Got paid what a center manager with commission would make, but my job title was Sales Representative.

Cons

On call about 2 weeks a month, sales expectations were a complete joke had to have 70+ sales calls a week and live in Central SD where there isn't 70 providers in my service area. Only get .31 a mile for the first 1600 miles and .16 cents up to 2000 miles a month and most days I would have put on over 300 miles...Also most days was responsible for 02 and CPAP setups so I couldn't even get my sales calls accomplished. Center manager was from another location and had absolutely no common sense and had the nerve to tell me was expected to work 60-70 hours a week because I was salary. Just not a good company to work for and my office didn't work as a team and was very much backstabbers. Day I walked away was THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.
