Pros
- Flexible Work Schedule - Great work/life balance - Training - 2 weeks paid away (CON- not great training to prepare you for career) - Frequent trainings (often require travel) - Dependent on the office, great staff- team culture, helpful, friendly despite nature of sales - Decent base sallary
Cons
- Dependent on market, much competition (hard to make sales) - Rack up a lot of credit card debt as all expenses use personal card with lagged reimbursement - Training materials are not great, and too frequent interfering with job (sales) not to mention a lot of corny, on the spot role playing - Much of the office staff are not the most competent or underpaid unfortunately effecting the work that gets done and sales reps losing trust of clients - Very outdated technology wise (no email and the software they use seems 15-20 years old) - Very few benefits compared to other, larger medical/pharma sales companies
