Pros
There used to be one good reason to work there but that is pretty much nonexistent now, used to be a great place.
Cons
Everything about this place is taking a turn for the worst. I worked there for three years and my pay dropped about 30000 through that time, I thought pay was supposed to go up with experience. The piece-work system was a good way to keep employees working hard to make money, but they have dropped the worth of the "pieces" you are making so much that you have to work non stop with no breaks 68 hours a week to make a whopping 40000 a year now. So let's just say with a 50% bonus you make another 20000, then you subtract health insurance with a family is around 12000 then subtract another let's just say 3500 for taxes you bring home around 4500 dollars so on paper you make 60000 but in reality more like 45000 which to some I guess is ok, but when I used to make 90000 three years ago doesn't seem that good does it. So if you are ok with living paycheck to paycheck this is the place for you.
