This company is awful now. I worked here for years and it was the place to be at first. Over time, the company started adding more and more work for no additional pay. They also launched a program called verint that tracks every move you make every minute of every day. Even if you get up use the restroom, it tracks the time you are away. If you are away more than a couple minutes, you will get a message asking what you were doing. If you ask for help, you aren't given any or are written up for waiting for a response. There is no room for growth. They refuse to provide raises when due and will look for any opportunity to replace you. The stress will follow you home.
