No phones, fairly relaxed atmosphere, helpful coworkers, weekends off
Cons
Pay raises were not good, after a while the pay did not help with cost of living Half of the department (the data entry side) was outsourced and they laid off 3 or 4 people in my department by the time I left. Can get menotonous when keying all day. They played favorites with one person, even though the always claimed they never play favorites. And every five seconds it was like Days of Our Lives around there. A petty drama, or somebody had a problem with something.
