Pros

Great 401k and Medical Benefits

Cons

Lord! Where do I start. I’ll just give a high level overview, I’d have to write a 1000000000 page novel to tell it all. Micro Management Literally 15 different outdated systems Poor training- then they have the nerve to require u to pass an exam at the end! Absolutely NO support- Sr leadership was a joke Micro Management NO work life balance Quantity over Quality Hired for one job expected to do the job of 20..... literally Did I mention micro management? Technology from 1965... literally No room for growth I left this place angry, stressed, tired, and depressed daily, they will drain the life out of you. Every single day there were new job duties added with no update in pay. Just an overall terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work here, and I’m pretty sure anyone giving above a 1 star are employees probably located in Nebraska, been with the company since they finished high school in the very early 70’s working on the very same systems they were trained on in 1970.. literally!

Pros

Amazing benefits - stellar 401(k), medical, vision, and dental are not expensive, company contributes to HSA if you decide to have one, they offer tuition assistance. Really liked the company itself

Cons

Call center is probably the worst department there due to the nature of the job itself. Because you have to be on the phone all the time, expect micromanagement at every level, very little to no help from senior staff and management because they're simply busy answering phones themselves, very little to absolutely no work life balance, but the worst is that you will be stuck there - there seems to be no way out of call center no matter how smart you are and how hard you work. After two years gave up and went to work for another company and it was the greatest decision I've made career wise.
