Pros

LP always impresses on me that my family comes first. I am able to manage my own workload and schedule I have great coworkers and we work well as a team I feel like the work we do at our hospital is important Every day I contribute to work that makes a difference in my community Management gives appropriate oversight and does not micromanage

Cons

In the healthcare field, it is challenging to maintain appropriate staffing - this is not specific to LP though. Working around children with mental health and behavioral problems can be difficult.
