      Pros

      Students are interesting and you can make a big difference in their lives. You do have a lot of discretion as to your curriculum.

      Cons

      Clicky and inundated management can be remote and out-of-touch as far as student needs. Salaries are not great and raises are hard to come by.

      Goid way to practice sales or customer service skills.

      Cons

      Managers only care about how many students start school due to the company being a for profit school. Stressful work environment with unattainable goals. Company does not value employees or the office environment.

      Fairly good Course outlay, strict on students for following rules

      AS with most schools, pay and supervisory mgt. skills isn't up to industry levels as far as base pay levelsand quality of leadership making it difficult for good staff and for long term careers.
