Great people, meaningful purpose. Working here makes you truly feel like to you can make a difference in someone's life. Nice work / home balance depending on your department.

Cons

A lot of politics with the government making sure the schools are not charging too much tuition. A lot of people in the field who lose track of the mission.

Pros

Loved the students. Treated like a professor at a 4 year college, no micro managing, as long as material on syllabus was covered, you could have class anyway you wanted

Cons

They closed my location!!!!! THE students were at times misinformed about financial things, their loans, grants, and stipends. And not always given the support they were promised to find a job after graduating.
