Decent salary for type of work done. Call center manager is down to earth but very hard working and goal driven.

Helping people develop the skills to have a great career and better life.

Cons

Pretty much everything else, benefits are so-so, instructors are considered beneath management and replaceable. You won't get 40 hours unless you work day and night classes, no prep time and that's why you have to work day and night to make 40.
