      Pros

      Small campus with a good staff, great students and the ability to help students grow and achieve their goals.

      Cons

      Unhelpful corporate atmosphere, no support from corporate, no support for students. Hostile coworkers not reprimanded properly. Closed the school with 3 months left of program for a class and with only 2 weeks notice. Shady! Forced to increase enrollment without knowing the school was going to be closed by someone who knew.

      Pros

      The pay is descent and you have your own office. The management is laid back at times.

      Cons

      The management is so laid back that there is no communication because reps and management. Weeks will go by and manager does not approach you. There is no opportunities for professional development, and no team building at all. Everyone sits in their office with their doors shut and dials all day long. Some of the staff are combative and condescending, so not many people to socialize with. There are no raises and they pay you less the more you work.
