Pros

The hours are decent and the benefits are pretty good. Co workers are great. Good amount of time off offered.

Cons

School is year round. Pay is poor. No orientation given. Micromanaged by upper management. Bullied at times by managers. Office equipment outdated and breaks down quite a bit.

Compensation package is good combining salary and mileage | Health care is horrible; 5000 deductible.

Cons

Typical for-profit school - Treating students as numbers, everyday mass texts and emails are sent out to field reps asking how many enrollments will you have by the end of the week. The school is aiming to start 3000 high school students by next year - the investment is large in the high school program, and field reps are starting to get desperate by harassing high school students to enroll. In addition, there are no degree programs, just certificates.

Helping people develop the skills to have a great career and better life.

Cons

Pretty much everything else, benefits are so-so, instructors are considered beneath management and replaceable. You won't get 40 hours unless you work day and night classes, no prep time and that's why you have to work day and night to make 40.
