      Pros

      Lincoln Educational Services were very understanding of personal/family issues for the most part; allowing time off and/or schedule changes. Generous time off schedule.

      Cons

      Due in large part to continued/increased government regulations, the company has been in increasing financial trouble for the last 3-4 years; resulting in the closure of a number of campuses as well as multiple lay offs at both the campus and corporate level.

      Pros

      Education is an inspiring industry and I loved the part of my job that directly related to helping students achieve their goals. I truly believe LES offers quality education programs and great post graduation career services to motivated students.

      Cons

      There are too many complacent people at all levels of leadership and it drags down those who truly bring passion and energy. You can't stay at Lincoln long or your skills will grow stale - they are behind in technology.
