1. Decent pay for teaching the skilled trades 2. Watching students grow into peers 3. Getting to build curriculum within the parameters of the syllabus

Cons

1. Not enough time with the students. 2. Sometimes corporate can gum up the works 3. Occasionally there are instructors that simply shouldn't be teachers. They are too negative towards the students.
