Most of the people were very enjoyable to work with. Good salary. Fulfilling work helping students.

Cons

Definitely a dog-eat-dog admissions environment. Top performers were basically allowed to run the show and the rules didn't apply to them - if you're someone with strong convictions of ethics, this will not be an enjoyable job for you. Very stressful work environment and no concern for work/life balance. If you have a family, your work will definitely take precedence over them - you'll never be home for dinner if that matters to you.
