Pros

You get to do amazing work with kids every day that changes their lives, and you see the improvements over time. It's proven to work and it's an amazing program.

Cons

Only a summer position, and it was hard to take off of work.

Pros

Very supportive environment. You are given a 15- minute break after 1 hour and 45 minutes of work both in the morning and afternoon. Milestones are celebrated and often tutoring is interspersed with other tasks such as buying books or office work. Staff is generally very accommodating of employees' needs and schedule changes. Super respectful environment

Cons

A little uptight - strict clothing guidelines. Sometimes back- to- back one- on- one tutoring sessions can get a little intense.
