-In-depth training -Lots of talented co-workers -Great program that helps kids -Positive environment for clients -Decent pay for a summer gig for students

Cons

-A lot of things to juggle at once -Tiring work. I was exhausted every day. -At my location, directors/leadership does what they can to support, but they are kept so busy they have little time to help.

Fun and rewarding to work with the kids! Thorough training, strong guidance throughout experience Warm, kind work environment

Cons

Draining, maybe too fast-paced (at least during summer session)...hard to put 100% into every single session, even though you want to You are essentially following a script as a Clinician

Pay is good if you're a college student, not if you're a teacher.

Cons

High expectations to teach and take notes at the same time. Students and their parents come first, then learning center, then clinicians. Pay not great if you are a teacher or otherwise highly qualified.
