Pros

The kids were awesome! Co-workers were nice! I had a private office. My boss (clinic director) was super nice. I liked the decor of the office. The space had a great vibe. There was a lot of freedom. I was completely trusted to do my job the way I saw fit. Non-micromanaging.

Cons

The pay was not very good. Enforcing the company's financial policies was difficult. (Parents pre-pay their kids weekly tuition so if the kid misses a session they don't get their money back.)

Pros

Company values and culture are excellent. Change lives and go home happy everyday. They reward hard work and promote from within. Constant learning and researching to be on the cutting edge of the field. They really have no competition when it comes to the instruction that they provide.

Cons

Cost is appropriate based on the service provided, but they don't do enough to work with underserved communities. Innovation speeds ahead of clarity. Often great ideas have poor execution when they are rolled out too fast and without enough training in the new area.

Pros

Easy to follow job description, very strict and standardized rules, does not require much thinking to perform daily task, no overtime necessary. Good training; prepares you very well for the job.

Cons

It can get relatively boring, the manager is very strict and does not encourage or acknowledge good work from clinicians. The first two weeks is very upbeat and fast, but as the weeks go by it's very hard to maintain the initial excitement.
