-Good work environment -The method works--it's really satisfying to see kids learn

Cons

-They don't tell you this at the beginning, but there's no fixed weekly schedule. You find out your schedule the week before and can't really do anything about it.

Pros

Clear program and I got up to speed quickly. I got to work with kids with many different types of learning disabilities which was really interesting.

Cons

The work could be tedious and repetitive. I had to look for ways to keep it interesting for the kids and myself.
