Frustrating few months

Pros

The center's co-workers, kids, and parents. If you are considering this as an instructor, tutor or clinician, it could be ok since you do work with supportive colleagues and get the opportunity to work with some great, unique and funny kids 1-on-1. I simply would not recommend a position above "Clinician" until the company figures out the business process so it's simple, sustainable and scalable.

Cons

Trying to keep it professional and real (something I didn't get btw), the business process is absolutely complex. Do you know the acronym, K.I.S.S.? Keep it simple stupid? Well, they don't, yet they'll make you feel stupid.
