Pros

Supportive members, due to forced recognition cards, but it works! The pay was okay for a summer job. The training is pretty thorough. When you are being reviewed, they do start off with nice things first, haha!

Cons

You don't get to choose how to tutor a student, but their techniques are based on their research, so just follow to a T.
