      Pros

      Lindamood-Bell has a mission of helping all individuals learn to their potential. The programs are highly effective and the culture for students and employees is positive. This is a very rewarding place to work if you like to help kids and adults with learning challenges.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive for clinicians and consultants, and higher pay would likely help with employee retention and quality delivery of programs. Benefits are mediocre.

      Pros

      Very fun to work with kids and see their progress. Became very close with other clinicians and learned a lot as a first tutoring job.

      Cons

      You get paid 14/hr when the parents are paying 118/hr. They do not respect clinicians although you are the ones with the children the whole day. Very tiring.

      Pros

      Good for someone who is studying, or has another job and just wants to make a little extra money.

      Cons

      working a full 8 hour day can be exhausting. Some students are very challenging to work with. If you really need hours be prepared to work around holidays and summer, that's when they are the busiest.
