Pros

It is exciting to see the gains that students make during their time at Lindamood-Bell.

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for development or advancement when you are in the Office Manager position. It feels a bit like a black hole, particularly if you are wanting to move over to the instructional side of the business.
