Children succeeding is the best feeling! Flexible hours (except summer) Management and peer support was top notch. Truly one of the best jobs I have ever had. Raises with good annual reviews and when given more workload. Always something more to learn and can move up very quickly if dedicated. Very busy and fast days.

Cons

Sometimes kids would be absent with little notice, changing your day and sometimes hours . A lot of people aren't receptive to mentoring and can be defensive of it. Can be exhausting- if you're good, you'll get more challenging children (very much worth it)

Ability to take on different roles. Freedom within each branch team to be a little family. Working with kids.

Cons

Too time regimented, to the minute. Too much encouragement to be happy and positive. Schedule changes.
