A very lovely, upbeat, positive company with great results for kids. It's a pleasure to work there. It feels good.

The environment is fast-paced and requires continual engagement with the students. It is gratifying to see students dramatically improve their reading or comprehension skills as they work through the learning process taught by LB.

Cons

The work schedule can be erratic and may change throughout the day. There is no flexibility because the clinician is constantly assigned to one-on-one sessions with the students throughout the day.
