      Would recommend for recent college grads interested in working with kids.

      Pros

      You had 2 fifteen minute breaks if you worked from 9-5. Hour long lunch with lots of places to eat nearby. The kids were typically very fun, as were the parents who would on occasion bring food for everyone for celebrations. The coworkers and management were very nice too.

      Cons

      Sometimes when there was a lack of tutors, the schedule would change haphazardly. This might mean you would have to stick around an extra hour or take a 2 hour lunch shift.

      Lacking Upward Mobility

      Pros

      At least at my center, my fellow staff were supportive and we collaborated as a team. There was a lot of emotional support and sharing of best practices.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of upward mobility in the smaller satellite centers and hours are incredibly erratic. A lot of summer employees are shuffled loose as soon as August ends and those who are left spend a lot of time wishing they had gone elsewhere as well.

      Pros

      The students are incredible. Some offices are a lot of fun with positive energy. Most of the employees are unique and awesome.

      Cons

      The company only ever cares about the bottom line. It is an incredibly expensive tuition yet the employees who do the work aren't remotely well compensated.
