Very intensive training that helps ensure you're ready to implement the specialized curriculum

Cons

Pay is extremely low compared to to other one on one tutoring jobs despite the demands being much hire as far as creating a report about the session as you are delivering the session... and also given how much the parents PAY for the kids to attend

We are concerned by your comments regarding management support and communication. As part of our instructional model, Clinicians provide one-to-one instruction to students, while Consultants are responsible for lesson planning, progress monitoring, and instructional oversight. Center Leadership is responsible for the overall operation and management of the learning center. they dont require a ton of experience

Cons

Immature and disorganized leadership, they're all so burnt out they don't care that the work they're doing doesn't even make much sense or help kids. Good luck staying for more than a couple weeks.
