Management is supportive and consultants were always responsive to my assessments of students, as well as troubleshooting needs (academic and behavioral). They do their best to create a sense of community through shared experiences, such as lunches and celebrations. Everyone is there for the right reasons and put the needs of students first,

Cons

Can get overwhelming given the pace of instruction. Some students have special needs that are not specified, but become immediately apparent when working with a student. I assume this has more to do with HIPAA laws than anything else, but it would be helpful for clinicians to have more strategies in their toolbelt to work with special populations.
