The programs work and people involved are passionate about helping students succeed.

Cons

Unless you are related to the owners, you are expendable. Good people lose jobs by questioning why decisions are made or not being willing to be yes-men to the whims of corporate management.

The programs produce excellent results for teaching reading and comprehension

Cons

Employees are paid embarrassingly low wages although everyone is highly educated and works extremely hard to rise to the expectations. Employee morale becomes quite low with the lack of regard and respect.
