Hours were unpredictable and meetings went into lunch hours despite long days. Inflexible with WFH.

Worst treatment from higher managment

Pros

Clinicians are generally wonderful, kind-hearted people, and some children can be fun to work with.

Cons

The higher management does not care about its employees whatsoever. Everyone is overworked and under-compensated. Whenever a concern is raised by any clinician, nobody is ready to take it seriously and the whole company only cares about making more money.
