Good work for a questionable company

Pros

The job itself is amazing. Working with the kids is a joy and I felt a lot of support from our consultants. I felt like my insight was valued and my advice was taken in regard to individual student needs.

Cons

Upper management does not care about the students as much as showing off the best possible results. Our learning center had many upper level employees leave because of disagreements with instructional support.
