Pros

Organized, pretty work environment, some great staff and regional managers.

Cons

Directors are inept and mostly family of CEO. HR let's harassment from execs slide.

Pros

You really do make a difference in the lives of children and adults.

Cons

The job literally just does not pay enough. I wouldn't have agreed with this assessment years ago, but the rate of pay does not at all keep up with the cost of living. Consultants also have responsibilities based on having a "more flexible schedule" but they really don't have a more flexible schedule than a mentor.
