Pros

The kids. The programs really do work when implemented correctly and honestly.

Cons

I wanted to stay at this company forever but the higher up I got, the more I realized how little they value their staff. The favoritism that has gotten people in executive positions is ruining the company. The incompetence and under qualification of the people making the big decisions is terrifying. It was hard to leave the kids but I couldn’t watch as me and my co-workers were underpaid, undervalued and overlooked. Very toxic work environment.

CEO and management made all crucial design decisions. No art director with art background.

Pros

I guess it's a resume builder, if you can stand it for 6 months.

Cons

Administration all works from home, and constantly nitpick the performance of the onsite office staff. You know, while we perform the actual work! Company is an overpriced joke. If half the parents who bring their kids in had read to them when they were younger, they wouldn't be here. Way too many policies and procedures for operations that should be straightforward.
