Pros

The kids were awesome! Co-workers were nice! I had a private office. My boss (clinic director) was super nice. I liked the decor of the office. The space had a great vibe. There was a lot of freedom. I was completely trusted to do my job the way I saw fit. Non-micromanaging.

Cons

The pay was not very good. Enforcing the company's financial policies was difficult. (Parents pre-pay their kids weekly tuition so if the kid misses a session they don't get their money back.)

Pros

Great pay with easy to obtain bonuses Job is really fun and the day goes by fast Center Director and consultants were very helpful and easy to talk to

Cons

Occasionally you get a difficult child to work with Every now and then the consultants will come in and take over your session

Pros

The training is comprehensive and your fellow employees are very friendly and positive. Their learning processes work, and you have the opportunity to see that first hand. It is very satisfying work.

Cons

The biggest disadvantage to working here is the wage and earning potential. As you can see, even Consultants don't earn much more than the Clinicians. I work with people who have been Clinicians for many years and likely receive only a marginal increase in pay for their loyalty. The scheduling is also a big disadvantage. I am a part-time employee and they are always changing the hours. I work 2-6 hours a day and the shift time is always changing. I get about 16-25 hours a week on average. I can get by on the part-time wage but I can't imagine coordinating a second job.
