Learning curve, minimal guidance and ample space to develop skills. Nice environment to work, depends on the department attached to.

Cons

Long hours required, operations is pretty much uphill battle with day to day task at hand and added requirements yearly. Minimal work life balance, required to work on leave/weekend/medical leave. Average and below market salary.
