Cons

Typical MNC with a lot of SOP and directives to follow, with very limited budget given. Pay and increment is low too

-Medical card benefits -Plenty of annual leave

Cons

Poor management keep trying to save cost, some of the suggestions are not practical at all. Too many SOP to follow. Management expect you to follow SOP at the same time complete the job asap with minimal cost incurred.
