It was a paycheck. and not a very good one !!!!!!

Cons

1. Have very little respect for their people 2. Have absolutely no regard for you and your family life. {LINDE FIRST} 3. Will work you to death, but management is out the door after 8 hours 4. If you like having your dignity stripped away, then this may be the job for you. 5. Will lie to your face 6. Pay is the lowest of the 3 big companies in the gas industry

The company has decent benefits and competitive pay. Most careers have a lot of freedom and opportunity for advancement if you are not afraid to move

Cons

Very large company with a lot of red tape. it is hard for the company to reward employees for performance. An average employee is incentivized the same as a high performer in most cases.

-great coworkers, good atmosphere -there are always projects -great health insurance

Cons

-discrimination in benefits. It all depends on whom you know and what entity you will be outsourced from -everything stands and falls with Line Managers. If your Line Manager does not support you, you will experience 0 growth -salary below average
