Pros

Paid every week, choice of over priced health insurance or catastrophic policy.

Cons

Ultra micro managed. Military-ish, high stress with unrealistic delivery times. On call on weekends. Average pay, over worked. Truck has auto braking and drive cam. GPS systems are not accurate. Unqualified assistant managers with no driving/delivery experience put in a position of authority over drivers.

Great overall company, they take very good care of their employees. Offer yearly raises and give you the tool you need to succeed

Cons

Just one.. wish they would start offering stock again

Insurance is good. Home daily

Cons

Drivers treated like property. Expect drivers to drive trucks that have frozen windshield washers because management saved a Dollar on cheaper fluid ( local Manager will walk around a dollar to pick up a dime). Expect you to stand in mud puddle upto your ankles to fuel trucks at fuel island. Won't spend any money on ice melt in our own yard. It is worse than any customer site. Always cheating you on your pay checks (4 out of 5). Management doesn't care one ounce about Drivers unless you've done something wrong. They are Reactive, Not proactive. They just want to cover their behind. They will Never have your back.
