One of the biggest multinationals in the world Salaries and benefits are significantly higher than other gas companies in th country (the merge might change a few things) Depending on the business division, there is a lot of growth potential

Cons

Competition is tough and margins are declining, putting a lot of pressure on price and cost management Financially oriented, which means the decision making process is not easy Lack of customer focus due to problems around logistics, operations and competition, which distracts everyone

Management is all same people that remain for years and years in the same company. No exposure to outside world for most of the people make them really not connected with reality.

Overly safety aware. At times safety policy hinders performance. Everyone wants to work safely but the frequent threat of termination if you have a safety infraction is horrible.
