- annual bonus (you'll be rewarded if you sacrifice work-life balance and if you're good at corporate politics)

Cons

- they hire contractual employees and pay them with below average salary - some managers are very toxic and seemingly sociopathic - perfomance management particularly the rating is subjective, not objective
