      Potential to earn bonus is decent, with top performers potentially earning and additional tropical trip.

      Cons

      What was once a sales based company is now a procedure driven management more interested in completing forms and reports than getting business

      Been employed in Hammond indiana for a little while now

      Pros

      Steady paycheck, if your in with the right person, persons.

      Cons

      Management is remedial at best, dishonest, lies directly to your face, is a union facility but does NOT honor the contract, management plays favorites with personnel. Micromanaged beyond belief, stay as far away from here as possible. Also Management recieves ridiculous bonuses for doing less than no work, yet we while doing our jobs as well as managements in many cases get NOTHING . Not even a thank you.

      Great managers and co-workers, work / life balance needs to be worked on

      Cons

      Merger / Buyout, and a lot of layoffs in the past couple of months. Wish they would let us know what the future holds
