      Pros

      Employees and managers in the field and at the locations tend to be smart, dedicated, and collaborative..

      Cons

      Corporate administrative bureaucracy is an anchor on progress. Turnover at all levels is constant. Senior management seems to be making their decisions with a ouija board or maybe a weather-vane. "New" programs, initiatives, approaches are all high priority; focus on short term results with urgent prioritized over important. Commitments are made but aren't taken seriously and employees have very little recourse.

      Pros

      I have worked for Lincare for three years. It's not the worst job in the world. You have opportunity for advancement and a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      The company does not pay its employees what they should be paid. You feel under appreciated and it seems the little bit of benefits you do have change or slowly just go away.

      Poor only join if you know the word "YES"

      Pros

      Big company lots of potential for growth & capability, most workers who are not on the political ladder are very conscientious & care

      Cons

      As mentioned in many reviews here only apply if you are a "YES" man , Don't believe that best practice will be followed as politics kills anything & everything. Profit is everything safety of both employees & customers is very low on the agenda despite lots of propaganda in this area pushing down responsibilities to the lowest possible level.
