Schedules are great. Nobody is tracking where you are in the plant or what time you arrive.

Cons

Very low pay. You will make more money anywhere else you go. Most people don’t stick around for very long so there isn’t many resources since everyone is pretty much new.

The company keeps pushing workers with more tasks and responsibilities, offering insignificant salary improvements yearly, which are low to begin with, and a poor career plan. This causes workers to feel unrecognized for their efforts and psychological burnouts.
